Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been altered or damaged are not eligible for return. You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order. If you miss this window, we may not be able to accommodate your return request.
How to Request a Return

We will respond with instructions on how to proceed. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your return request and provide you with the necessary information.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. If the item is defective or the return is a result of our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please keep your shipping receipt until the return is processed.
Refund Process

Exchanges
